Culture. Creativity. Community.

Our Monday classes are all about building and strengthening your fundamentals and their variations, as well as developing an emotional connection to movement. This class is accessible to all levels. Every class offers exercises that are both accessible and challenging to any dancer– beginner to advanced. We encourage you to focus on your individual experience level and not get ahead of yourself.
