Kāne Class

Strength, stamina, mobility, and unity, in a fun and supportive environment

Kāne

Mondays • 6:30pm

Our Kāne class is a dedicated space for those who want to explore and develop the masculine style of hula and ‘Ori Tahiti. Together, the group works on the steps, movements, and choreography of Kāne (male) hula, building strength, stamina, rhythm, unity, and grounded presence.

With a focus on technique, repetition, and conditioning rooted in traditional and contemporary Hula and ‘Ori repertoire, the class environment is supportive but physically challenging, and is designed to help participants push themselves, improve fitness, strength, and stamina, increase mobility and flexibilty, develop confidence, and learn to work together as one. Warrior training.

Expect strong footwork, dynamic movement, and plenty of sweat, all within a fun and focused group atmosphere.

Open to anyone who wants to train in the masculine style and commit to growing their practice alongside others.
